Look at me...no training wheels!!

This girl is pretty amazing!! Yesterday we decided to take her training wheels off her bike and start teaching her how to ride w/o them...well she didn't need us to teach her.
Colin was also going to take off her pedals, but before he could get to it he started chatting with a neighbor. So Hayden just got her bike and started practicing. Within five minutes she was riding down the sidewalk by herself!! I was so amazed! The video is from today, she was showing off her skills for Grandma and Grandpa.
She also bore her testimony for the first time in church on Sunday. I was pretty nervous because Colin was out with Carson and if she panicked I would have had to gone up and helped her. Luckily she wasn't scared at all and pulled it off quite nicely. :)

Easter 2012

We had a fun Easter weekend. The kids got their Easter baskets on Saturday because we had a lot going on on Sunday. Hayden thought it was pretty cool that the Easter Bunny knew that he needed come a day early. Saturday night Colin and I got to go to my cousins wedding up at The Canyons Resort in Park City. It was a really nice wedding and a fun date night for us! Sunday we went to church with Colin's parents and then went up to Salt Lake for lunch and an Easter egg hunt with all of Colin's extended family.
He was very impressed with the Football egg.

This boy is officially potty-trained and I could not be happier. I wasn't planning on do it so soon, but he had different plans. He has done so well and has had a really good attitude about the whole thing.

Preschool

I can not believe that we are almost done with our first year of preschool!! It has flown by and it has been so much fun! I was in charge of the Easter Party yesterday. We played "hot bunny", hide the bunny, did a craft and they went on an Easter egg hunt for their lunch. I think they all had fun!

A couple of months ago we went on a field trip to the fire station.

In January one of the girls in our group moved to Florida, so we took these pictures to send to her.
